Gen. Wesley Clark, retired
Retired Army Gen. Wesley Clark, the internationally admired leader who
served three distinguished years as NATO's supreme allied commander,
Europe. Clark, a Rhodes Scholar and technology expert who grew up in
Little Rock, also served as commander in chief of the U.S. European
Command for the last four years of his military career, and spent a year
in Panama as the commander in chief of the U.S. Southern Command.
