Siouxland Progressives to the rescue
Many people may all ready know this, but I started a little group called Siouxland Progressives. Next month, I will be having a party of sorts and will be inviting all Progressives to come. The reason why I started this group is because of what the DFA and not the DNC wants to do and that is to get the ball rolling at the local level. To do this we need all PROGRESSIVES. If we can get all Progressives together, then maybe we can get things changed around here, but we must come together.
This evening I had a conference call with James Dean, howard's brother, and we went over what we want to accomplish and the first thing is to get things starting at the local level now and keep working.

By "Progressives" you mean "those who don't trust the Democrats"? I'm a bit confused here. Do you mean all Democrats, or just certain Democrats? Or did you mean instead to say the Republicans? Certainly one can be both a member of the Deomcratic Party and a Progressive, as Howard Dean is now trying to demonstrate as new party chair.
