Gonzales for Attorney General?

How is it possible that a man so abhorrant to any rational thinking American, a man who sent out the message telling our military that the Geneva Convention Rules were no longer relevant, is now in the position of being ratified by our Senators to be the US Attorney General? How is it that this man can possibly be given this responsibility? How can we believe him when he now says that the Geneva Convention Rules of Conduct are necessary. That is an out and out lie. Where are all those who say they are driven by moral authority and conviction?
How is it possible that no news media is asking for an inquiry into the men, yes men, responsible for implementing the rules of conduct to those enlisted men in uniform, and women, who were in charge of the prison(Abu Gareb (SP?) in Iraq. How is it possible for the judge in the case, to say no information about who was in charge at a level of higher authority, no names were to be released in the trials of the soldiers in Iraq, and no one seems to care. Why aren't we going after those of upper rank who were responsible for the atrocities committed in the name of the US? WHY IS NO ONE YELLING? Do you all believe that enlisted men and women made these rules up?
